Oscar Freeman (Recruiter extraordinaire)

Greg: Well as a lot of you know some cuts have been made recently to the roster because of some backstage issues and now the man who was behind the recruiting of these superstars is following them out the door.

Andersen: Yes siree the moron who hired those bofoons is finally getting what he deserves... THE BOOT!

Greg: Just a couple days ago you were the biggest supporter of those superstars!

Andersen: The past is the past so get over it.

Greg: Anyways. We now head back stage where Joe Trusack is interviewing Oscar Freeman our newest recruiter. He has been here a little while but took a back seat to our former recruiter.

Joe Trusack: So, Oscar, what do you look for when recruting a superstar?

Oscar: Well generally the first thing I look for is talent. I mean that truly is what is needed the most but second off I need to inspect a persons character. Without good character back stage we can't all be happy as can be shown by Creed and Mercer. Talent is not everything. I can always find a better wrestler but we also need better personality's.

Joe: Also, who have you recruited since you first started?

Oscar: Well I was brought in at the time when the Divas were first being recruited because they needed some extra help. So I was able to be a part of signing Brittany, Anna, and the current Divas Champion Vannessa. And on my own accord I have managed to recruit two superstars one being Shiguru whom everyone knows and I have recently signed another superstar who I believe will make his debut pretty soon but I can't really say anything else about him.

Joe: Leave a little mystery, nice touch. Lets see... how do you feel on the success of those who have debuted/ That you recruited of course.

Oscar: Well obviously all three Divas are doing pretty well for themselves Anna being a former champ and Vannessa being the current champion and Brittany is definitely a future champion. Shiguru has also done quite a good job so far and I see big things for him as well. And when my newest recruit joins in the fray you better bet he is gonna "Rival" any competitor in COTR!

Joe: There has been a rumor swirling around the locker rooms that this new superstar is not like any other. Can you confirm these rumors?

Oscar: Well hmm. I am not really sure where those who said this are going with it but I guess I can say that every wrestler that I plan to recruit need to be something different you know what I mean? Each one unique in their own way.

Joe: Now that the old recruiter has left, your the "head honcho" in terms. Any different way of doing things?

Oscar: Well to be honest... Since my predecessor was fired I am gonna try to change just about everything about the way he sought superstars. I want to stay here for as long as I can and help this company improve.

Joe: How often do you go scouting talents?

Oscar: Well to be quite honest I have much less time to be scouting because I am now the head honcho of recruiting but whenever I get the chance I go out. Otherwise I have people that scout and if they see something good they report it to me and I check it out for myself.

Joe: Do the talents that you scout know your scouting them?

Oscar: Well I don't hide myself but I guess if they aren't looking for me then they don't know I am watching. hahah

Joe: One final question. If you were to go scouting right now, what KIND of personality would you be looking for? Like, a high-flyer, powerhouse, what?

Oscar: Well to be honest I believe right now I am looking for heavyier class wrestlers because we have a lot more cruiserweights in the league right now but I also need someone who will be good back stage and get along with everyone.
