Week 1.2 Match Card

Welcome to week TWO of Champions of the Ring!

Below you will find information for each match for the week of February 7th. The following section details the Match Setup information and Match Rules for every Division this week (with the exception of Tag Team). I've also added some commentary for each match from a new announcer for CotR named "Rival." Please report all Match Results in the Match Results Thread.

Remember, Singles matches are best 2 out of 3 Games and ends once someone gets 2 Wins. This only counts for matches that require pins or submissions (Ladder Matches don't count).

Rival's Thoughts: Paul has already made an “Inpact” in the Tag Team Division with Mercer, but after his loss to Cody last week, he's gonna have to work hard if he wants a chance at the Cruiserweight Championship. First he needs to go through one of CotR's hottest new Superstars – Tyson Stewart. These two have already started butting heads, but what will happen when they face eachother in the ring?

Rival's Thoughts: Cody has shown how deranged he really is since his debut here. So you have to wonder what Azul did to the GM to deserve a Falls Count Anywhere match against Cody. Maybe the GM did it because of...the voices?

Rival's Thoughts: These two monsters are going to tear each other apart. There's no doubt about that. The question is, will there be enough of a single man left when they are done? I honestly can't say.

Rival's Thoughts: This WAS going to be a straight up slugfest until the GM decided to make it a Submission match. One things for sure, nobody is going to be laughing after this one.

Rival's Thoughts: While the other superstars are busy fighting through the ranks this week, these two are just starting to climb the ladder. In this cross division match, will Deuce “Feel the Burn” or is Terrance in for a surprise?

Rival's Thoughts: The World Championship title is the most sought after belt in the Champions of the Ring. Whoever wins between these two stars will be closer to competing at the PPV event this month, but who will it be?

Rival's Thoughts: We've got four of the World Championship fighters going at it in this Tag Team Elimination match. Who's going to come out on top? You'll have to wait to find out on...Champions of the Ring!
