if you guys want this done, we do it my way, post the times you know you ARE AVAILABLE! for instance:

ALL TIMES IN EST (assume midnight as the latest and earliest for the "anytime before/after"s)
Thur: anytime after 4:30PM (depending on traffic, may be 5)
Fri: anytime before 2PM and after 11PM
Sat: anytime before 10AM and after 4:30PM
Sun: TBA (either thursday or friday ill know)

These times work for me.

Thurs - 6:30 and on
Friday - I'd rather not book it on a Friday but if there's no other option, 7 and on.
Saturday - 3:30 and on.
Sunday - Whenever I wake up.

So far it's either:
Thursday 6:30 PM EST or later
Saturday 4:30 PM EST or later
Sunday TBD
