Matches and Scheduling

The following are the general rules for Matches and Scheduling in the CotR League.

Normal Match Types

The Normal Match Types listed below will make up most of the Non-Title matches held in the Champions of the Ring league.

-Best of 3 Normal One on One

Scheduling

Each week, starting on Tuesday, every active member will be scheduled for matche(s) by the General Manager. It will be the responsibility of all competitors to contact their opponent(s) and agree on a time when they can play their matches. All matches should be played and then reported on the match card in the League Events forum before Monday by all participants.

Division Rank

Division Rank is determined by several factors at the staff's discretion. Among them, the following are included: match record, promo quality and how active you are.

#1 Contender Matches

On the last week of every month, the top ranked Champions for each Division will face off in a #1 Contender Match. The winner(s) of this match will go on to have a Championship match.

Championship Matches

On the last week of every month, the #1 Contender and current Champion for each title will face off in a championship match The only title that is exempt from this rule is the Breakout Championship, which is only competed for during Sunday Tournaments.
