Hey guys, there seems to be a lot of confusion as to how trainer matches need to be done here (even amongst trainers), so I'm going to try and clear up the confusion for everyone.

After a trainer match has been scheduled by me, the new member must contact their opponent through a Private Message immediately. The new member and the trainer need to set a time and date to play the trainer match and it must be at least a couple days in the future through PMs.

This does not mean that you should wait a couple days and then hope to run into each other online or in chat. It means that you need to decide upon a time and date to play the trainer match and then show up.

This is really how ALL matches should be done. DO NOT wait to meet each other in chat. DO NOT put off contacting each other and then instead relying on the chance of randomly running into each other online. This is especially important for trainers, because if I find out you are doing this, you will no longer be a trainer.

The whole point of this process is to make sure people actually schedule their matches and show up on time. If people cannot set up and make match times, they will most likely miss matches through their own laziness and apathy because not everyone here lives in the same timezone and many people have very slim chances of running into each other.

Remember, schedule the match and then show up! That's all there really is to it. Have fun, guys.
