Also, I have set everyone's EXP to 32 that was at or above 32. That is now the cap, but you may still improve your character with CP (it's just free for now).

This is just to make it easier for me to update character sheets. It takes a lot of time to update the 7 or so people that have >32 EXP. Since it's not really necessary to update beyond 32 at this point, I'm just going to lock it there from now on.
